I've spent over a decade in the gaming industry, and I've seen it from every angle. I started at Amazon Games working on the Alexa Gaming division, then moved to Wizards of the Coast (Hasbro) as Senior Recruiter for Game Studios. I was the second hire for their GI Joe studio, Atomic Arcade, which taught me what it takes to build a new AAA studio from scratch.
Currently, I'm a Senior People Business Partner at Chess.com, supporting 200+ people across 60+ countries. But here's what makes my perspective different: I'm also a published indie game developer. I've built and shipped my own games.
