My Story

 I've spent over a decade in the gaming industry, and I've seen it from every angle. I started at Amazon Games working on the Alexa Gaming division, then moved to Wizards of the Coast (Hasbro) as Senior Recruiter for Game Studios. I was the second hire for their GI Joe studio, Atomic Arcade, which taught me what it takes to build a new AAA studio from scratch.


Currently, I'm a Senior People Business Partner at Chess.com, supporting 200+ people across 60+ countries. But here's what makes my perspective different: I'm also a published indie game developer. I've built and shipped my own games.


When I'm recruiting executives for gaming companies, I'm not just checking boxes. I've lived the problems these leaders will be solving. I've seen how the right executive can transform a team, and how a bad hire can derail a project.


That's why I started ChaseCollins.org—to bring that perspective to executive recruiting without the overhead of large search firms. I work with indie studios, mid-size developers, and established publishers, helping them find the leaders who will shape their next chapter.


Gaming is a tight-knit industry. Reputation matters. And getting leadership right matters most.

Services

 I specialize in executive recruiting for companies ranging in size from small startups to some of the largest companies on Earth. 

 

Most firms charge 30-35% of first-year compensation. I often charge less than half that because I'm not supporting big firm overhead. You get the same quality, just without the markup.
